At Sebastian Says, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected items are not quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached before securely sealing them in the original packaging.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
